Returns & Exchanges

If your not completely satisfied with your hand crafted sunglasses or glasses and require a return or exchange : please send an email to info@eyerespect.com including your full name and order number as it appears on your order email confirmation.

We will be happy to offer advice on alternative eyewear styles, should this this be a problem, or alternatively issue you with a returns authorisation.

Returns must be made within 7 days after you have received your package. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

The goods are your responsibility until we receive them back at the store, so please look after them. We recommend a traceable and insured postage service as we cannot take responsibility for items lost / damaged during transit.

Once the item returned has been inspected by us you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund as requested by you. We will issue you with a full refund of your original order amount as per your statutory rights. Refunds will be issued by us within 48 hours of receipt of your item(s) at the shop. Depending on your bank please allow up to 1-3 weeks for credit to appear on your statement.
